A guide price for this size of project is £8500inc VAT. The deck was 25 square metres and the lawn was 30 square metres.

Our client approached us because they had a old deck that needed replacing and a lawn that that they wanted to turn into artificial grass so that they didn't get mud coming in through the house.

After

The Brief

Our clients loved plants but wanted to have more of a potted plant garden with a low maintenance lawn and deck so they could spend time on the planting. The clients chose Namgrass Eclipse and Saige charcoal decking. They had a lovely blue/grey theme through the garden space. We also replaced a garden gate which the client painted along with a garage door.
